Le prenotazioni si ricevono per posta, per telefono, via fax, via e-mail o via internet.
Ai fini del calcolo per l’importo del soggiorno sarà considerato il numero dei pernottamenti.
La prenotazione diverrà effettiva dopo il ricevimento di caparra pari al 20% dell’intero importo della prenotazione, che dovrà essere inviata a mezzo vaglia postale intestato a: Camping “La Mimosa” - Strada Statale Adriatica Sud, 259 - Loc. Torrette - 61032 FANO (Pu) Nella causale specificare i dati relativi al Suo soggiorno, completi di tutti i dati anagrafici, della tipologia di alloggio o piazzola scelti, del numero dei componenti il nucleo familiare e del periodo esatto che Le interessa. Il versamento della caparra confermerà la prenotazione e l’accettazione insindacabile del “regolamento interno” del campeggio. In caso di rinuncia alla prenotazione, la caparra sarà rimborsata trattenendo il 10% per spese di amministrazione, se la disdetta verrà comunicata per iscritto 30 gg. prima della data di inizio soggiorno, altrimenti la rinuncia non dara diritto alla restituzione ne di caparra ne di acconti già versati.
E’ fatto obbligo di rispettare le date indicate. Si raccomanda di informare tempestivamente la direzione qualora il Suo arrivo debba subire dei ritardi, altrimenti il posto confermato verrà ceduto il giorno successivo alle ore 10.
Si prega di evitare l’arrivo dalle ore 14 alle ore 16 e dalle ore 24,00 alle 7,30 perché l’accesso al camping in detti orari non e consentito.
Al momento dell’arrivo, dopo aver preso visione della struttura, si dovrà saldare il conto relativo al periodo prenotato.
Eventuali danneggiamenti o rotture saranno a carico degli occupanti.
Non verranno fatte detrazioni o rimborsi qualora si lasci la piazzola o gli alloggi anzitempo al periodo prenotato.
L’assegnazione del posto prenotato verrà fatta esclusivamente dalla direzione.
Bungalows, chalet e case mobili sono disponibili dalle ore 16,30 del giorno d’arrivo. Si dovrà liberare qualsiasi tipologia di alloggio o la piazzola entro e non oltre le ore 10 del giorno di partenza, pena addebito del costo di un ulteriore pernottamento.
La tariffa minima applicata sara computata sulla base di n° 2 persone adulte per piazzola.
Gli ospiti, all’arrivo in campeggio, sono tenuti a prendere visione del regolamento interno del campeggio ed a rispettarlo.

Im falle einer Stornierung der Buchung, die schriftlich 30 Tage vor Aufenthaltsbeginn mitgeteilt werden muss, wird die Anzahlung abzüglich 10% Bearbeitungsgebühren rückerstattet. Ein Aufenthaltsverzicht berechtigt nicht die rückerstattung der bereits bezahlten Anzahlung oder Kaution. Es ist pflicht den angegebenen Termin einzuhalten. Man empfiehlt bei verspäteter Ankunft die direktion schnellstens zu informieren ansonsten wird der bestätigte platz am nächsten Tag um 10 Uhr weitervermietet.
Bitte vermeiden Sie die Ankunft zwischen 14 und 16 Uhr und zwischen 24 und 7.30 Uhr, da die Einfahrt zum Campingplatz während dieser Zeit nicht erlaubt ist.

Am Anreisetag stehen Bungalows, Chalets und Mobilheime ab 16.30 Uhr zur Verfügung. Am Abreisetag müssen dieselben bis spätestens 10 Uhr verlassen werden, ansonsten wird eine weitere Nacht verrechnet.

Le dépôt confirmera la réservation et l'acceptation finale des «règles» du camping. En cas d'annulation de la réservation, le dépôt sera remboursé en retenant 10% pour les dépenses administratives, si l'annulation sera notifiée par écrit 30 jours avant la date du début du séjour, sinon la renonciation ne donnera pas droit à retourner ni le dépôt les paiements anticipés.

S'il vous plaît éviter d'arriver de 14 à 16 heures et de 24,00 heures à 7,30 parce que l'accès au camping en ces temps est pas autorisé.
À l'arrivée, après avoir visionné le camping et l’ hébergement ou emplacement choisie , vous aurez à payer la facture pour la période réservée.
Tout dommage ou ruptures seront facturé aux occupants.
Aucune déduction ou remboursement ne sera effectué si vous quittez l’ emplacement ou le logement avant la fin du période réservé.
L’ attribution de de la place réservée sera fait exclusivement par la direction.
Bungalows, chalets et mobil homes sont disponibles à partir de 16h30 le jour d'arrivée. Il faut libérer tout type d'hébergement ou emplacement pas plus tard de 10h le jour du départ, sinon une nuit supplémentaire sera facturé.
L'impôt minimum sera calculé sur la base de n ° 2 adultes par emplacement.
Les hôtes, à l'arrivée au camping, ils sont tenus de lire les règles du camping et de le respecter.

Torrette- 61032 FANO (PU) Wij verzoeken u duidelijk alle informatie omtrent uw reservering door te geven; zoals alle persoonlijke informatie,voornaam , achternaam, geboorte datum en plaats ,adres en woonplaats etc. Om welke reservering het gaat , Chalet, Bugalow of houten huisje, kampeerplaats etc. Het aantal personen en de juiste periode . Het overmaken van de aan- betaling bevestigt uw reservering en uw acceptatie van de interne regels van de camping . In geval van annulering zal uw aanbetaling min 10% voor de administratie kosten aan u worden terug betaald, dit alleen in het geval wanneer wij uw schriftelijke annulering voor 30 dagen voor de datum van uw aankomst onvangen, zo niet dan heeft u geen enkel recht op terug betaling van al overgemaakte bedragen .
U bent verplicht de bovengenoemde tijden te respecteren .
Wij bevelen u aan om zo vroeg mogelijk de direktie mede te delen wanneer uw aankomst verlaat wordt , zo niet dan wordt uw reservering de volgende dag om 10.00 uur als nietig verklaard .
Wij verzoeken u te vermijden om vanaf 14.00 tot 16.00 uur of vanaf 24.00 tot 7.30 aan te komen aangezien de toegang op de camping in die tijden niet is toegestaan.
Op het moment van aankomst , na het in ontvangst nemen van uw onderkomen ,vragen wij u het gehele bedrag van uw verblijf direct te betalen .
Eventuele schade of vernieling wordt bij u in rekening gebracht .
U heeft geen enkel recht op korting of terugbetaling wanneer u voor de door u gereserveerde periode uw onderkomen of kampeerplaats verlaat .
De door u gereserveerde plaats wordt u uitsluitend door de Direktie medegedeeld .
Bungalows , chalet en houten huisjes zijn vanaf 16.30 uur beschikbaar op de dag van aankomst .
Wij verzoeken u elke plaats of verblijf voor 10.00 uur op de dag van vertrek te verlaten , zo niet dan wordt u een extra overnachting in rekening gebracht .
Het toegepaste minimum tarief wordt berekend op basis van n° 2 personen (volwassenen) per plaats.
Onze gasten zijn , bij aankomst , verplicht om het regolament van de camping te lezen en te respecteren.

Rezerwacja bedzie wazna z chwila otrzymania przez nas zaliczki w wysokosci 20% liczac od calej kwoty do zaplacenia. Nalezy okreslic dane Waszego pobytu, Wasze dokladne dane osobowe, wybrany rodzaj zakwaterowania lub placu postojowego, ilosc osob i termin Panstwa pobytu. Wplata zaliczki bedzie potwierdzeniem Panstwa rezerwacji i niekwestionowana akceptacja „wewnetrznych zasad obowiazujacych na kempingu”. W przypadku odwolania rezerwacji zaliczka zostanie zwrocona, zachowujac 10% na oplaty manipulacyjne, jesli odwolanie zostanie przekazane na pismie do 30 dni przed data rozpoczecia pobytu. W innych przypadkach rezygnacji z pobytu niema sie prawa do zwrotu zaliczki, ani innych juz kwot pienieznych wplaconych.
Obowiazkowe jest przestrzeganie terminow wczesniej uzgodnionych. Jesli z jakiegos powodu przyjazd bedzie opozniony, zalecamy aby poinformowac dyrekcje kempingu, jak najszbciej, poniewaz Panstwa miejsce nastepnego dnia o godz. 10.00 bedzie sprzedane innym gosciom.
Prosimy o nieprzyjezdzanie na kemping miedzy godz. 14.00 a 16.00 i godz. 24.00 a 7.30 poniewaz w godzinach wjazd na kempingnie jest dozwolony.
W dniu przyjazdu po obejrzeniu naszego kempingu trzeba dokonac oplat za okres pobytu.
Wszelkie uszkodzenia lub zniszczenia sa na koszt gosci.
Nie przsluguja zwroty pieniezne jesli opuszcza Panstwo nasz kemping wczesniej.
Tylko dyrekcja kempingu moze przydzielic Panstwu miejsce zarezerwowane.
Bungalow , domki i domki na kolkach beda wolne w dniu przyjazdu od godz. 16.30.Wszystkie rodzaje zakwaterowania jak i place postojowe musza byc zwolnione do godz. 10.00 dnia wyjazdu, w innym przypadku bedzie zastosowana kara w wysokosci ceny jednej dodatkowej doby.
Minimalna oplata bedzie obliczana na podstawie 2-osob doroslych na placu postojowym.
Goscie po przyjezdzie na kemping sa zobowiazani do zapoznania sie z regulaminem kempingu i do jego przestrzegania.
